The Game Awards, la celebración anual de la industria del videojuego, ha anunciado sus nominados para 2023, destacando Alan Wake 2 y Baldur’s Gate 3 con 8 nominaciones cada uno.
La lista incluye 112 juegos, personalidades y eventos que abarcan diversos géneros y plataformas. La ceremonia, que celebra la innovación en la industria del videojuego, se llevará a cabo el 7 de diciembre y será transmitida en vivo, pero los fans pueden votar en el sitio oficial.
Entre los nominados al Juego del Año se encuentran Alan Wake 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Bros. Wonder y The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. La categoría de Mejor Adaptación incluye películas y programas de streaming como Castlevania: Nocturne, Gran Turismo, The Last of Us, The Super Mario Bros. Movie y Twisted Metal.
Nintendo lidera en nominaciones con 15, seguido por Sony Interactive Entertainment/PlayStation con 13, Xbox (incluidas Bethesda y Blizzard) con 10, y Epic Games con 9.
